Notifications and errors
Report mutations with one host toaster and explicit action results.
Yayaw Table surfaces operation feedback, while the application owns the global toast renderer. Mount it once so failures and successes appear consistently.
Framework setup
React uses Toaster from sonner. Vue uses Toaster from vue-sonner; import its required styles as part of your application setup. The recipe entry points include the renderer or use the shared Vue root. Avoid mounting another toaster inside every table or nested picker.
Return an explicit result
Mutations return { success: true, data } after persistence or { success: false, error, fieldErrors } for a rejected operation. Bulk partial failures also report failedIds. An application-owned bulk callback can control clearSelection and closeMenu independently. Do not return success before an awaited server write completes.
Recover from failure
Use field errors for correctable input and a general error for unavailable or forbidden operations. Preserve unsaved form values and failed selections. Test a network failure and a server validation failure; these are different recovery paths. The shared recipe store demonstrates both field validation and explicit failures.
